Easy Waist Tugging With the Penoscrotal Webbing Harness
The most common tensioning method in foreskin restoration is to use an elastic strap anchored to the leg, which pulls the foreskin downward. It is a tried-and-true method that has proven effective over decades, though it does have a few downsides. Having a strap attached to the leg can alter gait and make walking uncomfortable for some, and the tension will change when sitting versus standing (see this article on how my straps minimize this issue). The other main problem is that the strap is clearly visible when wearing shorts, which makes restoring incognito difficult in the summer.
For these reasons, many restorers prefer to use an elastic strap around the waist, which tensions the foreskin by pulling to the side. Since it is anchored around the waist, tension remains relatively stable when sitting, standing, or walking. It is also easily concealed when wearing shorts.
Although I originally developed the penoscrotal webbing harness to be used while tugging downward with a leg strap, it can also be used to tug around the waist with a few simple modifications:
Step 1: Untie the tension cord from the leg strap
Step 2: Tie the tension cord to one of the buttonholes in the back of the harness, opposite from the loop that goes in the front.
Step 3: Put your penis through the loop as you normally would. Grab the tension cord that is attached to the back, and bring it around your waist and attach it to your device.
To get the harness to apply tension to the underside of the penis to correct penoscrotal webbing, you will need to shift the harness in the opposite direction that you are tugging. You can easily adjust the tension on the tension cord by using the cord lock. It should look something like this:
The one issue with waist tugging is that it unevenly tugs to one side only, so you will have to switch sides at least daily to get even skin growth. With the waist harness you can switch directions in seconds by simply unclipping from your device and bringing the tension cord around to the other side. This makes it convenient if you want to switch directions midway through the day.
One of the other benefits of using the penoscrotal webbing harness for waist tugging is that since tension is being applied in opposite directions, the tension remains more stable throughout the day. With ordinary straps used around the waist, they tend to twist and loosen since they only apply force in one direction. Even if penoscrotal webbing is not a main concern, using this setup is an effective and inconspicuous way to tug around the waist.
